Book review – If you’re happy and you know it by Anna McQuinn & Sophie Fatus

61bk7jK39RL__SL500_AA300_You may think you already know it(!) but Barefoot books brings this popular action song to life in delightfully diverse fashion.

Children from all over the world are brought together to clap, stamp, pat and say hello in a multitude of different languages.

The accompanying CD has a sung and instrumental version with a folksy mandolin style so much nicer than a lot of the saccharine music supplied for this age range. Check out the animated version on YouTube!
