Book Review – We Are All Born Free

waabfThe Universal Declaration of Human Rights doesn’t automatically suggest itself as source material for a picture book, but this special publication from Amnesty International pulls it off beautifully. Eack of the 30 articles has a simplified text interpretation and has been lavishly  illustrated by some of the worlds’ most renowned picture book artists such as Satoshi Kitamura, Chris Riddell and Axel Scheffler.

More celebratory than worthy We Are All Born Free would make a wonderful gift for any newborn’s bookshelf  to help them grow into future world citizens.
