Book review – It’s a George Thing by David Bedford and Russell Julian

All about a Zebra called George who suffers a bit of low self esteem when he compares himself to his high achieving friends like Peachy the Gorilla and Moon the Lion. Fortunately his jungle pals help him discover his own unique talents.

Not the most original of stories but Russell Julian’s colourful depictions of African animals give it a lift above the standard picture book fare and should appeal to most small ones.

One line review “Giraffes can’t Dance for zebras!”
