If you are lucky enough to go to nursery school or a Children’s Centre in Plymouth, you should be finding lots of lovely new books to read!
Plymouth’s librarians have been very busy visiting lots of nursery teachers and children to deliver Book Ahead – a National Year of Reading initiative.
The books will be exchanged every term by the library service. So now the youngest pupils in Plymouth will be able to choose a beautiful book just right for them to share in their setting.
My favourite Book Ahead books are We’re Going on a Bearhunt and Biscuit Bear!
